Job summary

• Assist in calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Conduct basic chemical analyses and tests under supervision.
• Support quality checks during production to ensure compliance.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all test results.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory records for audits.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in Analytical Testing: Support the testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using basic laboratory techniques.
• Learn and Follow GMP & GLP: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in all testing and documentation activities.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate laboratory records, test results, and logbooks as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Support Equipment Calibration & Maintenance: Assist in calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments like pH meters, UV spectrophotometers, and balances.
• Perform Basic Wet Chemistry Tests: Conduct pH measurement, loss on drying, titrations, and other basic chemical analyses under supervision.
• In-Process Checks: Support quality checks during production to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure accuracy and integrity of all test results and reports.
• Audit Preparation: Assist in maintaining laboratory records and documentation for internal and external audits.
