Job summary

JobItUs in Gujarat, India seeks a Laboratory Analyst to perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products and stability samples. The role involves operating HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR and other analytical instruments, and maintaining QC documentation.

You will ensure compliance with GLP, GMP and data integrity, participate in method verification and validation, support audits, and help maintain a clean, safe, and 5S compliant lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and other analytical equipment.
• Prepare, review, and maintain QC documentation, test reports, and laboratory records.
• Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and data integrity requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, specifications, and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Investigate laboratory deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), and OOT (Out of Trend) results.
• Participate in method verification, validation, and laboratory investigations.
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and 5S practices.
