Job summary

Proklean Technologies in Chennai, India, seeks a quality analyst with a Masters in Chemistry and at least 1 year of relevant experience to support method development and production sampling.

You will perform analyses using HPLC, spectrophotometry, and standard laboratory techniques, write reports, and collaborate with QA and production teams to ensure timely quality data.

Responsibilities

• Sampling from production areas for critical processes.
• Executing production samples in quality lab and preparing reports within timelines.
• Planning for daily samplings and analysis.
• Support QA activities as defined.
• Developing SOPs for new & corrective methods to simplify analysis.
• Collaborating with marketing to assess customer complaints and troubleshoot product issues.
• Handling analytical instruments including HPLC, spectrophotometer, pH, TDS, viscometer.
• Strong analytical techniques including titration and preparation of standard solutions.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

- Sampling from production areas for critical Processes.

- Executing production samples in quality lab and preparing reports as per the required timelines of production.

- Planning for daily samplings and analysis.

- Ensure and support the to QA activities as defined.

- Developing SOPs for new & corrective methods to simplify the critical analysis areas in production.

- Collaborating with marketing team to do assessment of the customer complaints and troubleshooting of the product issues.

- Handling of analytical instruments including HPLC, spectrophotometer, pH, TDS, viscometer, etc.

- Well aware with analytical skills including titration, preparation of standard solutions, standard calibration methods, etc.

-Results & data writing, Preparing reports & result summary.

Preferred candidate profile

- A Masters degree in Chemistry from an accredited college/university and minimum 1+ year of experience in relevant field.

- An inquiring mind, intense curiosity, and strong desire to work in quality method development.
