Job summary

Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited in Ankleshwar seeks a Lab Process Development professional to conduct experiments, develop shorter processes, and generate data for leadership review.

You will collaborate with QC for sample analysis, maintain lab notebooks, and ensure daily instrument calibration, safety, and housekeeping to uphold hazard-free operations.

Qualifications

• Experience performing lab experiments and assisting process development.
• Ability to document experiments and maintain records.
• Familiar with lab safety practices and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments and trials to modify processes and reduce costs.
• Send sample to QC for analysis.
• Coordinate with QC for sample analysis of experiments.
• Generate and maintain lab notebook data.
• Prepare experiment data and review with group leader.
• Investigate plant failures and support reprocess development and vendor qualification.
• Prepare experimental summaries and daily/weekly planning reports.
• Calibrate lab instruments daily.
• Perform housekeeping activities and ensure safe disposal of hazardous chemicals.
• Seek improvements to laboratory safety and environment.

Process Development:

• Conduct laboratory experiments & trials to modify processes develop shorter processes to reduce present cost.


• Send sample to QC of studied experiment.


• Contact QC dept. to solicit support & follow up for getting sample analysis of laboratory experiments conducted.


• Generate Lab experiment data in lab note book.


• Prepare Lab experiment data and review with Group leader.


• Perform the experiment of plant failure as well as investigation, reprocess development and new vendor qualification.


• Contact QC dept. to solicit support & follow up for getting sample analysis of laboratory experiments conducted.


• Summary preparation of studied experiment.


• Prepare report on use test & performance trials and new vendor qualification.


• Take part to Prepare experimental summary and daily and weekly report as well as planning report.


• Daily calibration activity of Lab use instrument.


• Housekeeping activity.


• Hazardous chemical disposal when as required.


• Take part to improve working conditions in the laboratory for environment hazard free.
