Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality audits.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely closure and resolution.
• Ensure good laboratory practices and implement 5S in QC lab operations.
• Collaborate on CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
• Conduct Quality/ISO audits and follow robust testing procedures.
