Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality audits
• Handle customer complaints, including timely closure and resolution
• Ensure good laboratory practices and implement 5S in QC lab operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
• Conduct Quality / ISO audits and follow robust testing procedures
• Manage all quality documentation, including SOPs, inspection reports, and CAPA records
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function
