Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QC department and inspection activities.
• Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and inspection plans for engineering products.
• Monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection of materials and products.
• Ensure products comply with customer specs, drawings, and quality standards.
• Handle NCR, CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.
• Manage calibration and maintenance of measuring/testing instruments.
• Analyze quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test certificates, and documentation.
• Develop and monitor quality KPIs, rejection rates, rework, and customer complaints.
• Lead and train QC inspectors and technicians on procedures and methods.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and related standards; drive Lean/Kaizen/5S.
