Job summary

Photokina Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a QA/QC Executive to ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products in line with company specifications.

The role involves testing, record-keeping, and strict adherence to SOPs and GMP standards. The candidate will monitor batch consistency, address deviations, perform CAPA, and coordinate with Production and R&D for quality improvements while ensuring calibration of lab instruments and compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in QA/QC within chemical manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of SOPs, GMPs and CAPA processes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Maintain QA/QC records, test reports, specifications, COA and related documentation.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, safety and quality standards.
• Monitor batch-to-batch product consistency and identify quality deviations.
• Handle non-conformance, root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Coordinate with Production and R&D teams for quality improvement.
• Maintain calibration and proper functioning of laboratory/testing instruments.
• Assist in customer complaint investigation and corrective actions.
• Support internal/external quality audits and statutory compliance.
• Maintain proper laboratory housekeeping and chemical safety practices.
