Job summary

Mech Power is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to ensure quality in incoming materials and products throughout the production process. Key responsibilities include defining and monitoring processes in line with ISO 9001, and creating a zero-defect culture in the supply chain.

The candidate will analyze defects and customer complaints, conduct audits, and communicate with stakeholders regarding quality observations. This role is pivotal in maintaining the Quality Management System and coordinating with certification bodies.

Qualifications

• Ensure quality of incoming materials and products throughout the production realization process as per defined Quality Assurance plan.
• Define, document, implement, and monitor processes and systems in line with ISO 9001.
• Create and maintain a culture of zero defect quality in the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Identify root cause of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze and report internal, supplier defects and customer complaints.
• Conduct audits to check the effectiveness of the system.

Job description

• Identify root cause of defects and implement corrective actions
• Analysis and reporting of internal, supplier defects and customer complaints
• Accountable for Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, coordinate with certification body for audits
• Conduct product, process, system audits to check the effectiveness of the system and coordinate with Department heads for required actions and improvement.
• Supplier evaluation, reevaluation and audits
• Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements
• Resolve production process issues and escalate issues to Department heads immediately
• Communication with customers for any quality related observation/ concerns or any quality certificate/document needs.
• Conduct Monthly Quality Management reviews, prepare and present Quality related charts and analysis
