Job summary

Letap Printpack in Kalol (Gujarat) seeks a Quality Control Inspector to safeguard product quality through systematic inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.

You will maintain accurate QC records, report deviations, support CAPA initiatives, ensure proper sampling and labeling, and coordinate with Production, Stores, and QA to resolve quality issues while ensuring SOPs are followed and equipment calibrated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine inspections, measurements, and testing as per established quality standards and procedures.
• Record and maintain quality inspection reports, test results, and QC documentation accurately.
• Identify and report quality deviations, defects, and non-conformities to the QC/QA team.
• Assist in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper sampling, labeling, and handling of materials and products during inspection.
• Coordinate with the Production, Stores, and QA teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Verify products against approved specifications, drawings, standards, or customer requirements.
• Support implementation of SOPs, quality standards, and inspection procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the QC inspection/testing area.
• Assist in calibration and upkeep of inspection and testing equipment.
