Qualifications

• 6+ years in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong API test automation experience using SoapUI.
• Hands-on performance testing using JMeter.
• Solid understanding of API concepts (REST/SOAP), test data management, and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities across multiple applications and projects.
• Define and implement API test automation strategies using SoapUI.
• Design and execute performance and load testing with JMeter.
• Mentor QA team members on best practices, tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones while maintaining quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools and metrics.
• Support integration and regression testing across systems.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated QA Lead with 6 + years of hands‑on testing experience to lead quality assurance activities across multiple applications and projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API test automation, performance testing , and a solid understanding of Agile delivery , along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This role requires a proactive leader who is self‑driven, curious, and passionate about solving problems while ensuring high‑quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities including test planning, test design, execution, defect management, and sign-off
• Define and implement API test automation strategies using SoapUI
• Design and execute performance and load testing using JMeter
• Mentor and guide QA team members on best practices, tools, and frameworks
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones while maintaining quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and metrics
• Support integration and regression testing across multiple systems and platforms
• Provide clear testing status, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong expertise in API Test Automation using SoapUI
• Hands‑on experience in Performance Testing using JMeter
• Solid understanding of:
  • API concepts (REST/SOAP)
  • Test data management
  • Defect tracking and test management tools
• Experience testing Web Applications

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Exposure to automation frameworks and tools such as:
  • Selenium
  • Playwright
  • Other modern automation tools/frameworks
• Experience working with complex enterprise applications such as:
  • License Management systems
  • Salesforce
  • Other cloud‑based or SaaS applications

Agile & Process Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working in fast‑paced Agile teams
• Ability to adapt testing strategies to Agile delivery models
