Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional QA experience.
• 2+ years of Salesforce testing experience.
• Proficient in Java-Selenium automation and BDD with Cucumber.
• Experience with Agile methodologies within a Scrum team.
• Hands-on with JIRA, Zephyr, Xray for defect tracking and test management.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Maven/Jenkins).
• Exposure to Salesforce mobile testing and GitHub Actions.

Job Summary: As a Salesforce QA Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our CRM software products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing functional test scripts to verify the functionality, performance, and security of our Salesforce applications. Your expertise in functional testing, test managements tools, and best practices will contribute to our overall testing strategy, enabling us to deliver top-notch software to our clients.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review requirements and acceptance criteria for testability; collaborate with the IT Application Delivery team to determine the most effective testing strategy
• Develop and document test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
• Develop test automation using Java - Selenium and Cucumber BDD framework
• Contribute to the design and development of automated testing frameworks and libraries
• Support all testing efforts including functional, regression and Performance testing for Salesforce applications
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD process and perform parallel executions
• Actively Participate in Scrum activities
• Verify end-user expectations are met during the testing process as well as post-implementation
• Accurately report testing results and progress at appropriate intervals as established by the SQA Manager
• Conduct research and proactively make recommendations to improve tools and techniques
• Document and report defects; coordinate with appropriate resources to ensure proper tracking and resolution of all defects

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors degree in computer science/engineering

EXPERIENCE

• 3 to 5 years professional experience as a QA Analyst
• 2+ years of experience testing in Salesforce

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND/OR ABILITIES:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have worked on Java-Selenium automation and BDD Cucumber framework
• Strong experience and hands on in Salesforce functional testing.
• Must have experience working on Agile methodologies within a Scrum team environment
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Xray for defect tracking and test management.
• Must have worked on incorporating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Maven & Jenkins
• Having exposure to salesforce mobile testing.
• Have experience in configuring and triggering pipelines, Git Hub Actions
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed to meet deadlines
• Having experience in Performance testing of web application using JMeter would be plus
• Having experience in automation using Playwright with TypeScript would be plus.
• Having experience in using third party latest AI tools like CursorAI, Browser Stack would be plus
