Job summary

Iris Software invites a Senior QA Engineer to join our Noida, UP team. You will design and implement scalable automation frameworks covering UI, API, and integration tests.

You will mentor peers, define automation strategies, optimize scripts, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely releases within CI/CD. Strong Selenium/Java, REST Assured, TDD and JUnit expertise are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable automation frameworks supporting UI, API, and integration tests.
• Define automation strategies and increase test automation coverage and efficiency.
• Optimize automation scripts for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews of automation scripts and ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor team members in automation tools, frameworks, and coding practices.
• Create and maintain robust test data setup/teardown and reusable utilities.
• Own automation solutions end-to-end including CI/CD integration and results analysis.
• Produce, review and maintain test documentation and runbooks.
• Support defect triage and RCA for automation failures with client teams.

Key Responsibilities
