Job summary

Iris Software in Noida is seeking a SDET Lead to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber. This role covers web and API testing across end-to-end workflows.

Lead the automation strategy, integrate test suites into CI/CD, collaborate with developers and product teams, and drive quality improvements in an Agile setup in Noida, UP, India.

Qualifications

• QA Automation experience (SDET) and Selenium
• Core Java knowledge and automation background
• API testing with RestAssured
• Experience with CI/CD and testing in Agile environments
• JIRA usage for test management
• MS SQL database experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks.
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and end-to-end business workflows.
• Perform API testing and validation using RestAssured and Postman.
• Develop automation solutions using Java or Python following best coding and testing practices.
• Review and validate API contracts and specifications using Spec-Kit/OpenAPI standards.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality assurance.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
• Identify, track, and report defects while ensuring complete test coverage across applications.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and support root cause analysis for quality improvements.
• Drive test automation strategy, framework enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives in Agile environments.
