Job summary

Iris Software is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead (8-10 years) to own the enterprise QA automation strategy across UI, API and mobile domains from Noida. You will shape standards, governance, and reusable frameworks that scale across teams.

Lead multi-team automation initiatives, align with CI/CD and DevOps, define KPIs for automation coverage and defect leakage, and mentor high-performing QA engineers to raise the quality bar across programs.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of QA automation experience.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience building reusable automation frameworks.

Responsibilities
