Job Description

• Strong hands-on delivery experience within the Media and Entertainment (M&E) domain.
• At least 5+ years of contiguous leadership experience within the M&E domain.
• Mandatory experience in QA/QE leadership.
• Hands-on experience with RFPs (Request for Proposals), solutioning, and related processes.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, with at least 40+ FTEs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Onshore leadership experience at customer locations is preferred, alongside delivery experience.
