Job summary

Sangreen Future Renewables Private Limited is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for mechanical works across wind project sites. You will inspect WTG erection, tower installation, nacelle assembly, hub installation, and ensure compliance with project specifications, OEM requirements, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; Certification in Quality Management, NDT, or Welding Inspection will be an added advantage.

• Conduct incoming material inspections and maintain quality records
• Review Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and quality documentation
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, OEM representatives, and third-party agencies
• Identify non-conformities (NCRs), perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor site quality performance and ensure timely closure of quality observations and punch points
• Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities
• Promote a strong quality culture while adhering to HSE requirements

Education

Qualifications

Experience

• 5-12 years of QA/QC experience in EPC, Power, Infrastructure, or Renewable Energy projects
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Wind Energy projects preferred
• Exposure to WTG erection, mechanical installation, and commissioning activities
