Job summary

FreshToHome is seeking a QA Executive for the factory to manage QA activities with the QA team. You will implement FSMS, SOPs, SSOPs, QA plans, and ensure HACCP compliance across processes.

You will conduct internal audits, evaluate suppliers, handle CAPA, and prepare QA dashboards. Proficiency in MS Office and strong knowledge of GMP, COA, and product specifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include B.Sc/B.Tech in Food Technology or related field.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Food Tech are desirable.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and COA handling is essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and improve FSMS, SOPs, SSOPs, and HACCP plans.
• Conduct process evaluations, internal audits, and testing to meet food safety and legal requirements.
• Review and maintain documents for RM, PM, FG specs, GMP, COA, and audit reports.
• Identify non-conformities and drive CAPA.
• Develop and update quality procedures and ensure shop floor adherence.
• Monitor external microbiology testing, sampling, and reporting per procedures.
• Oversee calibration of measuring and testing instruments.
• Travel for supplier audits and QA training as needed.

• Implement, monitor, and improve FSMS, SOPs, SSOPs, Quality Control Plans, HACCP Plan In-line QA documents and related documentation.
• Conduct process evaluations, internal audits, and testing to meet food safety and legal requirements.
• Review and maintain documents for RM, PM, FG specifications, GMP, COA, and audit reports.
• Identify non-conformities, ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop new and improved quality procedures and ensure adherence on the shop floor.
• Monitor External microbiology lab testing, sampling, and reporting as per internal procedures.
• Oversee calibration of measuring and testing instruments.

Vendor & Supplier Quality

• Evaluate and audit suppliers/vendors to ensure raw material compliance as per the regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the procurement team for vendor improvement

Training & Development

• Conduct FSMS and quality training for factory team, delivery team, retail team and QA staff.
• Prepare training materials, conduct evaluations, and maintain records.

Customer Complaints & RCA

• Support customer service in handling and analyzing customer complaints.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective actions, and prepare review reports.
• Review complaint trends and prepare weekly/monthly QA dashboards.

Reporting & KPI Monitoring

• Track and report quality KPIs and food safety performance to top management.
• Prepare data analysis and reports on product quality and system performance.

Hub & Retail Outlet Visits for Audit

• Travel occasionally for supplier audits, internal Hub/Retail audits, QA implementation, and training across locations.

Travel: Some travel will be required within the region and nationally as per requirement.

IT Skills : Basic computer skill of MS office is a must

Language: Regional/ English and Hindi proficiency is required.
