Job summary

Swagatham Global Connect in Maldives is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control for residential and high-rise projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and safety.

Immediate joining is preferred. The role requires strong reporting skills and excellent communication. Salary includes provided meals and company accommodation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC experience in construction.
• Experience with residential and high-rise projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspections and records.
• Ability to ensure compliance with project specs, standards and safety rules.
• Experience in preparing QA/QC reports, method statements and quality records.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
