Qualifications

• 2.5-3 years of experience in Manual Testing.
• Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing.
• Hands-on API testing with Postman or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Experience creating and maintaining QA artifacts and documentation.
• Familiarity with defect tracking using Jira.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Preferred: Banking/FinTech domain experience.
• Exposure to test management tools and QA best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform Manual Testing, including Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT.
• Analyze requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
• Execute test cases, document results, and report defects.
• Perform API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Create and maintain QA documentation: Test Plans, Test Strategy, Test Cases, Execution Reports.
• Track and verify defects using Jira or similar tooling.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.

• We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Manual Engineer with hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance processes.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through comprehensive test planning, execution, defect management, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Manual Testing, including Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
• Execute test cases, document results, and report defects effectively.
• Perform API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Create and maintain QA documentation, including: Test Plans & Test Strategy Test Cases & Execution Reports Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) Release Notes Conduct Database Testing and validate data using SQL queries.
• Track, manage, and verify defects using Jira or similar defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.
