We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA & QC) Manager to lead and oversee our quality management processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of QA & QC methodologies, a proven track record in managing online machine approvals, and the ability to effectively handle all aspects of QA and audit-related documentation. This leadership role requires someone who can ensure the highest standards of quality across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management
   • Provide strategic leadership to the QA & QC team, ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained.
   • Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement within the team.
2. Process Knowledge
   • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all quality-related processes, standards, and industry best practices.
   • Stay abreast of emerging trends in quality management and implement relevant improvements.
3. Day-to-Day Operations
   • Support the QA & QC team in their day-to-day operations, offering guidance and expertise.
   • Ensure that quality control measures are effectively integrated into daily production processes.
4. Documentation Management
   • Manage all QA and audit-related documentation, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
   • Establish and maintain an organized record-keeping system for easy retrieval and compliance.
5. Quality Audits
   • Plan and conduct regular quality audits to assess compliance with established standards.
   • Implement corrective actions based on audit findings and drive improvements.
6. Continuous Improvement Initiatives
   • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in QA & QC operations.
   • Implement best practices and technological solutions to optimize quality processes.
7. Collaboration
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective measures.
   • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
