Job summary

HamBOLDS Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function at our manufacturing facility. The role focuses on implementing QMS, ensuring GMP/ISO compliance, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

You will audit, review batch records, manage CAPA, and mentor the QA team while collaborating with Production, R&D, Warehouse and Procurement to uphold product quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc. or M.Sc. in related field.
• Minimum 6 years QA experience in Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong GMP, ISO 22716 knowledge and QMS experience.
• Audits, regulatory compliance and documentation handling.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System.
• Ensure GMP, ISO 22716 compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve batch records and releases.
• Monitor in-process quality checks and final approvals.
• Lead internal, external, customer and regulatory audits.
• Investigate deviations, implement CAPA and change control.
• Document SOPs, records and training for QA team.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, Warehouse and Procurement.
• Oversee vendor qualification and raw material quality.
• Mentor QA team and drive continuous improvement.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead and manage the Quality Assurance function at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring GMP and ISO compliance, managing audits, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This role requires close collaboration with Production, R&D, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 22716, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve batch manufacturing records and batch releases.
• Monitor in-process quality checks and final product approvals.
• Lead internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Investigate deviations, implement CAPA, and manage change control processes.
• Ensure proper documentation, SOP implementation, and record management.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, Warehouse, and Procurement to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor vendor qualification and raw material quality.
• Train, mentor, and guide the QA team on quality systems and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc., or M.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field).
• Minimum 6 years of Quality Assurance experience in the Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 22716, and quality management systems.
• Hands-on experience in handling audits, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
