Job summary

ElevenX Capital is seeking an experienced QA Lead with 8+ years of software testing and hands-on automation expertise. You will lead QA teams, drive automation strategy, and champion AI-based testing approaches to ensure high-quality software releases.

You will collaborate with Development, Product, DevOps, and Business teams, define QA standards, and implement scalable end-to-end testing across UI, API, and integration layers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA/testing experience with hands-on automation
• Leadership experience in managing QA teams and code/test reviews
• Experience across UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, STLC and quality processes

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team; oversee work allocation, performance, and technical reviews
• Define and implement QA strategy, test plans and automation strategy; design scalable automation frameworks
• Conduct automation code reviews and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Drive AI/Agentic AI-powered testing including test-case generation, test execution, and maintenance
• Monitor QA metrics and collaborate with Dev, Product, DevOps and Business teams for high-quality releases
• Perform root-cause analysis of defects and evaluate new testing tools and technologies

Job description

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 8+ years of experience in software testing, strong handson expertise in test automation, and proven experience in leading QA teams. The candidate will beresponsible for driving QA strategy, automation, team management, quality processes, and adoption of AI/Agentic AI-based testing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team; handle work allocation, task tracking, performance, andtechnical reviews.
  
• Define and implement QA strategy, test plans, automation strategy, and quality standards.Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-endautomation frameworks.
  
• Conduct automation code reviews and ensure coding, testing, and documentation standards.Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish automated quality gates.Drive shift-left testing, continuous testing, and automation-first QA practices.
  
• Introduce and implement AI/Agentic AI-powered testing, including AI-based test-case generation,test execution, failure analysis, test-data generation, and automation maintenance.
  
• Monitor QA metrics including automation coverage, defect leakage, regression stability, and releasequality.Work closely with Development, Product, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure high-qualityreleases.
  
• Perform root-cause analysis of critical defects and drive preventive actions.Evaluate and introduce new testing tools and technologies to improve productivity and quality
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• 8+ years of QA/testing experience, including significant hands‑on automation experience.
  
• Strong expertise in tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent.
  
• Experience with TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Cucumber, or equivalent frameworks.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, STLC, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
  
• Proven experience in QA team leadership, task allocation, mentoring, and code/test reviews.
  
• Good knowledge of SQL/database testing.Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  

Good to Have

• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, AI testing tools, or Agentic AI frameworks.
  
• Experience implementing AI‑driven/self‑healing test automation.
  
• Performance testing experience using JMeter or similar tools.Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, Microservices, and APIs.Experience testing enterprise SaaS/ERP applications.
