We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to enhance our software delivery process while maintaining high quality standards. This role emphasizes making testing more efficient, reliable, and smarter within a complex legacy codebase.

Must-Have Skills

• Extensive experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Releases)
• Deep understanding of testing levels: unit, integration, API, UI/E2E, smoke testing, etc.
• Proven ability to improve CI/CD speed and reliability in large projects
• Familiarity with JavaScript, C# test harness, and dependency injection patterns
• Experience analyzing and refactoring brittle or slow legacy test suites
• Ability to coach others on testing best practices and collaborate across teams
• Understanding of test orchestration, parallelization, and fail-fast strategies

Key Responsibilities
