Job summary

LTM is seeking a QA Lead to drive end-to-end test strategy and execution for enterprise web and digital applications in Pune. You will own QA planning, execution, and stakeholder reporting while leading a skilled QA team.

You will oversee AEM testing, functional/integration/regression tests, and automation using Selenium, Java, TestNG, and Cucumber. API automation with RestAssured and Postman will be essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in QA leadership for enterprise web/digital apps.
• Hands-on in AEM testing, automation, API testing, and Agile QA.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategy, test plans, and quality processes for Agile projects.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing efforts.
• Mentor QA team to ensure delivery excellence and quality standards.
• Validate AEM implementations including content components, workflows, and integrations.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, TestNG, and Cucumber.
• Develop and execute API automation scripts using RestAssured.
• Perform API validation and exploratory testing using Postman.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, BAs, and stakeholders across the SDLC.
• Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and quality reporting.
• Monitor test metrics, automation coverage, defect trends, and release readiness.
• Ensure quality gates are met for production deployments.

Position QA Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and resultsdriven QA Lead to lead endtoend quality assurance activities for enterprise web and digital applications The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AEM testing test automation API testing Agile delivery and team leadership This role requires ownership of QA strategy test planning execution management stakeholder communication and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement QA strategy test plans and quality processes for Agile projects

Lead functional integration regression and endtoend testing activities

Manage and mentor QA team members ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to quality standards

Validate Adobe Experience Manager AEM implementations including content components workflows and integrations

Design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium Java TestNG and BDD tools such as Cucumber

Develop and execute API automation scripts using RestAssured

Perform API validation and exploratory testing using Postman

Collaborate closely with Product Owners Developers Business Analysts and stakeholders throughout the SDLC

Drive defect triage meetings root cause analysis risk assessment and quality reporting

Monitor test metrics automation coverage defect trends and release readiness

Ensure quality gates are met for production deployments

Required Skills

Strong experience in AEM Testing

Expertlevel knowledge of Selenium WebDriver Java TestNG and BDD frameworks Cucumber

Handson experience in API Automation using RestAssured

Strong experience in API Testing using Postman

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and QA processes

Experience in test strategy creation estimation planning execution and reporting

Strong analytical troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exposure or Experience in performance testing

Preferred Skills

Experience with AIassisted testing tools intelligent test automation platforms and automation accelerators

Exposure to CICD pipelines Jenkins Git and DevOps practices
