Job summary

Dentsu Global Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced QA engineer to lead testing for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) initiatives. You will design test strategies, create plans and scripts, and ensure traceability from requirements to release.

The role requires 5+ years in QA, hands-on SFCC testing, and strong knowledge of Business Manager and SFCC integrations. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive quality metrics to meet release

Qualifications

• 5+ years overall QA experience with 2+ years in a QA role.
• Proven SFCC testing experience.
• Strong SFCC Business Manager tool knowledge.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce user journeys and buying flows.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum.
• Familiar with test management tools like JIRA, Confluence, qTest, TestRail.
• Analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Exposure to automation testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and optimize test cases for coverage and efficiency
• Hands-on experience in Business Manager, Merchant Tool, Administrator, Storefront, and Tool concepts.
• Report and track quality metrics and ensure release timelines
• Participate in sprint activities, requirement walkthroughs, go-live planning.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Hands-on experience with SFCC 3rd party integrations like CyberSource, Avalara Tax, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Narvar, UPS & USPS, Klarna, Social Logins, Kount, Power Reviews, Einstein.
• Experience with Shipping Methods/Configuration.
• Experience with different viewport executions.
