Iris Software, Inc. in Noida, India, is hiring an experienced QA/QE lead to drive hybrid testing strategy and automation adoption. You will mentor multiple QA teams, define KPIs, and ensure release readiness in a fast-growing IT services environment.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of QA experience in financial services, with skills in API Testing, Java, Selenium, Playwright, and MS SQL. This is a full-time on-site role requiring collaboration across cross-functional teams.

• Define overall hybrid testing strategy and quality assurance framework ensuring optimal balance between manual and automation testing.
• Drive adoption of automation tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Establish automation governance, framework standards, and quality engineering best practices across projects.
• Lead automation initiatives using Selenium or Playwright to improve testing effectiveness and delivery quality.
• Lead multiple QA teams ensuring delivery of high-quality products aligned with business objectives.
• Identify quality risks, automation gaps, and process improvement opportunities while defining mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality KPIs, reporting dashboards, and release readiness criteria.
• Drives improvements in quality metrics such as defect leakage, cycle time, and release readiness.
