Job Title: QA Engineer – Salesforce Testing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with Salesforce testing experience to join our quality assurance team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud features through manual and automated testing.

Analyze requirements and user stories to create detailed test cases for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud modules.
Validate Lead to Opportunity flows, including lead conversion, opportunity lifecycle, and related object validations.
Test CPQ configurations: product selection, pricing/discount rules, quote generation, and approval workflows.
Verify Case to Quote flows in Service Cloud, ensuring accurate transitions from case resolution to quote creation.
Conduct thorough testing of Experience Cloud portals: page layouts, access controls, user permissions, and workflows.
Validate customizations across Salesforce: objects, workflows, process builders, flows, Apex triggers, and UI components.
Perform API integration testing between Salesforce and external systems using Postman or similar tools.
Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple Salesforce modules.
Log and manage bugs using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the test cycle.
Participate in UAT cycles, supporting business users in validating features and reporting issues.
Contribute to test automation efforts by identifying repetitive test cases suitable for automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on QA experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce testing.
Proficient in testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, standard/custom objects, workflows, flows, and Apex triggers.
Experience with API testing using tools like Postman.
Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Provar, TestNG, or similar.
Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent test/issue management tools.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and collaborative workflows.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and defect reporting skills.
