Ascendion is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer – Salesforce CRM in Gurugram (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote) with 4–6 years of experience to ensure quality and reliability of Salesforce CRM applications.

The role involves designing and executing comprehensive test scenarios, validating Salesforce configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Familiarity with API testing and STLC is essential.

Formación

• 4-6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM functional testing.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Lightning applications, including Flows, validation rules, profiles, and permission sets.
• Solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), test case design, regression testing, and defect management.
• Experience with API and integration testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Insurance domain experience is preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer – Salesforce CRM with 4-6 years of experience in functional testing. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce CRM applications by designing and executing comprehensive test scenarios, validating Salesforce configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning functional testing, STLC, and API testing using Postman or similar tools.
