Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5–8 years of QA experience with 2+ years in automation testing.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM, REST APIs, JSON).
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright or similar tools (Cypress, Selenium, Puppeteer).
• Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM), data-driven testing, and parallel execution.
• Experience integrating tests with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with test reporting tools (Allure, Extent Reports).
• Strong Git/version control usage and Agile/Scrum familiarity.

The role involves working with global QA teams, vendor partners, and external testers to improve test coverage and streamline QA processes.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in automation testing, with a solid background in manual testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automation frameworks, tests, and tools to boost test coverage, efficiency, and CI/CD integration.
• Develop and maintain test plans and test cases, and execute functional testing for each release to ensure all acceptance criteria are met while supporting consistent QA strategies and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, internal teams, and vendor partners to ensure clear communication, seamless teamwork, and aligned testing efforts.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution and perform root cause analysis to improve product quality and prevent recurring issues.
