Job summary

Wipro is seeking a highly motivated Manager of QA Automation in Hyderabad to lead and scale our quality assurance automation efforts. You will strategize, develop, and implement automated testing solutions to ensure the highest quality of our software products, while mentoring a team of QA engineers and driving continuous improvement.

You will oversee the design and execution of both manual and automated tests, establish QA best practices, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Experience in ecommerce or retail industry.
• 14+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within QA.
• Proven experience with automation and load testing tools like Tricentis, Selenium or similar.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
• Experience in API testing, ETL/ELT testing, performance testing and security testing.
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on analysis and interpretation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
