Job summary

Ripik.AI is seeking a QA Engineer to own quality across our AI SaaS platform, from manual testing to automated suites. You’ll ensure APIs work reliably under real-world conditions and apply AI-assisted methods to testing workflows.

You will work across web, mobile, and desktop touchpoints, performing black-box testing, regression testing, and load testing to maintain high quality as Ripik expands globally.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on QA experience required.
• Experience in both manual and automation testing, including Selenium.
• Working knowledge of API automation testing.
• Strong foundation in manual testing—black-box and user-flow testing.
• Exposure to load testing and regression testing.
• Experience testing across browsers, multiple devices, and phones.

Responsibilities

• Own API automation testing — design, build, and maintain automated test suites for REST APIs, and integrate into the release workflow.
• Run day-to-day manual testing of user flows — validate features end-to-end before every release across web, mobile, and desktop.
• Write and maintain test cases, and own the testing charter — keep coverage and plans current as features evolve.
• Apply AI tools to the testing lifecycle — speed up test case generation, test data creation, and execution analysis.
• Perform black-box and exploratory manual testing — catch issues automated suites miss by thinking like a real user.
• Run regression testing ahead of releases — ensure new changes don't break existing functionality across the platform.
• Test across browsers, multiple devices, and phones — ensure consistency across mobile, browser, and desktop apps.
• Support load testing efforts — validate platform under real-world usage volumes.

The Role

We are looking for a QA Engineer who takes ownership of quality across Ripik's industrial AI SaaS platform — from day-to-day manual testing of user flows to building and maintaining automated test suites. You will work across web, mobile, and desktop touchpoints, ensure APIs behave reliably under real-world conditions, and bring an AI-assisted, efficiency-first mindset to how testing gets done.

Key Responsibilities

• Own API automation testing — design, build, and maintain automated test suites for REST APIs, and integrate them into the release workflow.
• Run day-to-day manual testing of user flows — validate features end-to-end before every release, across web, mobile, and desktop.

Required Skills & Experience

• B.Tech in Computer Science or a related discipline, with 3 years of hands‑on QA experience.
• Proven experience in both manual and automation testing, including hands‑on work with Selenium.
• Working knowledge of API automation testing.
• Strong foundation in manual testing — black-box testing and user-flow testing.
• Exposure to load testing and regression testing.
• Experience testing across browsers, multiple devices, and phones — ensuring consistency across mobile, browser, and desktop apps

Good To Have

• Familiarity with the frontend, backend, browser stack, and infra / cloud fundamentals.
• Business understanding — able to connect testing priorities to real user and business impact.
