Job summary

AI Accountant, Bengaluru-based, is seeking a QA Engineer with 1-2 years of hands-on testing experience. You will ensure quality and usability across our SaaS platform, performing functional, regression and exploratory tests, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues.

You will maintain test documentation, craft clear reproduction steps, and support automation for critical workflows. A hybrid work setup with relocation support and WFH flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in software testing / QA.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing of web applications.
• Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals and QA processes.
• Experience with functional, regression and integration testing.
• Ability to create detailed test cases and identify edge cases.
• Experience in identifying, documenting and tracking bugs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and a user-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.

• Identify, document and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.

• Maintain test documentation and contribute to improving QA processes.
• Provide feedback on product quality, usability and user experience.
• Build and maintain automated test cases for critical product workflows (nice to have).

Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Engineer (1-2 years of experience) who can ensure the quality, reliability and usability of our product through structured testing and attention to detail. This is a hands‑on role where you will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to test new features, identify issues and ensure a smooth product experience.

Must Have

• 1-2 years of experience in software testing / QA
• Hands‑on experience with manual testing of web applications

• Experience in identifying, documenting and tracking bugs
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good attention to detail and a user‑focused approach

Good to Have

• Experience with automation testing using Playwright
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and working knowledge of JavaScript
• Basic understanding of API testing and knowledge of SQL / database testing
• Experience working in a SaaS or startup environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Jira or similar QA / bug tracking tools
