Job summary

INPRO is seeking a QA-centric professional to perform product testing across web and mobile platforms, ensuring high-quality releases. The role includes testing, bug reproduction, and collaboration with engineers to resolve issues.

You will also handle customer support inquiries, guide users in product usage, and assist in training sessions and demos for clients and staff at the Pune office.

Qualifications

• BE-CSE/IT/Computer Science and related degrees (multiple streams listed).
• MCA/IT/CS or MSc/ME in CS/IT programs.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance for web and mobile apps (Android & iOS).
• Perform functional, UI/UX & regression testing.
• Identify, reproduce and document bugs; collaborate with development team for fixes.
• Validate fixes and ensure zero-defect releases.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Product Quality Assurance (QA)
• Test web & mobile applications (Android & iOS)
• Perform functional, UI/UX & regression testing
• Identify, reproduce and document bugs
• Work with development team for issue resolution
• Validate fixes and ensure zero-defect releases

Customer Support

• Handle inbound customer queries via call, email & chat
• Understand user issues and guide them in product usage
• Log customer tickets and follow up to closure
• Identify recurring pain points & improvement areas
• Act as a bridge between customers and product team

Training & Product Demo

• Conduct product onboarding sessions for new clients
• Provide training to teachers, staff & administrators
• Create user guides, FAQs, and help videos (optional)
• Explain product features and best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good understanding of software / web applications
• Basic understanding of LMS/ERP domain is a plus
• Ability to explain technical things in simple language
• Problem-solving and customer-first mindset
• Attention to detail with passion for testing
• Willing to work full-time from office at Pune
