Confidential in Pune, Maharashtra, India is seeking a motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on software testing across web and mobile apps, applying QA methodologies, and creating detailed test scenarios and scripts.

Fresher candidates graduating in 2026 with BE/B.Tech or MCA, basic programming in Java or JavaScript, and a mandatory software testing course are invited. This position is open to female candidates only.

Qualifications

• Be/btech or MCA with mandatory software testing course/certification.
• Fresher and 2026 pass-out only; no gap in academic year.
• Basic knowledge of web and mobile applications; programming basics in Java/JavaScript; SQL/database basics.

Responsibilities

• Apply QA methodologies to deliver high-quality software.
• Review requirements and prepare test scenarios.
• Design, create, and prioritize test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Execute manual and automated tests for functionality, usability, and performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects with developers for resolution.
• Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.
• Collaborate with Product/Development to define test strategies for new features.
• Perform bug testing and contribute to product quality.
• Follow Agile and DevOps testing practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.

Educational Qualification
