Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and TestNG. You will create and execute automated and manual test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.

You will integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, log defects in JIRA, and collaborate with Developers, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Project Managers in an Agile environment to ensure product quality, performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in QA Automation Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG.
• Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum and QA best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of API testing, SQL, and Git is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
