Job summary

Fold Health is seeking QA Automation Engineers with 1–3 years of experience to join the Quality Assurance team. The role covers both manual and automated testing, with proficiency in Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.

You will design, develop, execute, and maintain automation scripts, perform API testing, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams within an Agile/Scrum environment. Knowledge of CI/CD and Git is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with API testing is a plus.

Summary

We are currently seeking qualified QA Automation Engineers to join our dedicated Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will possess between one and three years of professional experience, demonstrating a robust and practical command of both manual and automated testing methodologies. This role is critical for maintaining product quality and ensuring seamless software delivery through comprehensive testing strategies.

Requirements

• Good hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Appium.
• Good programming/scripting knowledge in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Ability to design, develop, execute, debug, and maintain automation test scripts.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology, STLC, test case design, defect lifecycle, and QA processes.
• Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools would be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of Git/version control and CI/CD pipelines would be preferred.
• Exposure to performance testing using JMeter, k6, or similar tools would be a plus.
• Knowledge of AI/Generative AI and its application in software testing or test automation would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
