Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead the quality assurance strategy for our core payment clearing platform. You will validate complex payment clearing cycles, financial message formats (ISO 20022, SWIFT), and reconciliation workflows, while driving AI-driven QA innovations and end-to-end regression suites integrated with CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience testing fintech platforms, payment gateways, clearing houses, or transaction processing systems.
• Experience leading QA automation strategy for a payment platform.
• Strong knowledge of payment clearing cycles and financial messaging formats (ISO 20022, SWIFT).
• Experience implementing AI-driven QA approaches and autonomous test generation.

Responsibilities
