Job summary

Fulcrum Digital in Pune, India seeks an experienced QA Automation Lead with strong Playwright expertise to design and implement scalable automation frameworks across enterprise applications. You will mentor QA engineers, establish coding standards, and drive automation adoption within the team.

You will design robust Playwright-based frameworks, lead web testing strategy, and ensure high-quality deliverables while collaborating with development, BA and product teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of QA automation and testing experience.
• Proven experience building Playwright automation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience in API automation and end-to-end web testing.
• Strong design of test frameworks, reusable components, and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Git and test reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright.

Lead the automation strategy for web application testing and ensure maximum test coverage.

Guide and mentor the QA team in learning, implementing, and adopting Playwright automation.

Define automation standards, coding practices, and framework architecture.

Develop and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.

Integrate Playwright test automation with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

Required Skills
