Job summary

Fulcrum Digital is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead in Pune to drive automation strategy using Playwright across enterprise applications. You will design scalable frameworks, mentor QA engineers, and establish best practices for rapid automation adoption.

You will lead framework development, ensure maximum test coverage, and integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines. Strong leadership and API testing experience are essential for delivering high-quality software at scale.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in QA Automation and Testing.
• Proven experience in building Playwright automation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience in API automation and end-to-end web application testing.
• Strong understanding of test framework design, reusable components, and automation best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Lead the automation strategy for web application testing and ensure maximum test coverage.
• Guide and mentor the QA team in learning, implementing, and adopting Playwright automation.
• Define automation standards, coding practices, and framework architecture.
• Develop and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
