Job summary

Skyline Analytix in Pune, India, is seeking a QA Analyst with 3+ years of hands-on manual and automation testing to join our team. The role focuses on Tosca automation, functional testing, test design, defect management, and mobile app testing.

You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams to ensure high-quality releases, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to test planning, execution, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation - Mandatory.
• Strong experience in manual testing and test case execution.
• Experience testing mobile applications, preferably using BrowserStack or similar platforms.
• Ability to create: Test scenarios, Detailed test cases, Test data, Test execution reports, Defect documentation and test evidence
• Hands-on experience with: Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Smoke Testing, UAT
• Strong understanding of QA processes, STLC, defect lifecycle, and test reporting.
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar defect/test management tools.
• Ability to analyse requirements and ensure adequate test coverage and traceability.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business and functional requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Design, maintain, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.
• Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, system, and UAT testing.
• Test mobile applications using platforms such as BrowserStack.
• Prepare appropriate test data and test environments for test execution.
• Document test results, defects, screenshots, logs, and other test evidence in a structured manner.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects throughout the defect lifecycle.
• Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot defects and support root cause analysis.
• Prepare and communicate test execution status, defect reports, and release-readiness updates.
• Participate actively inAgile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement, and retrospectives.
