Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in delivering end-to-end testing for software/applications, with strong experience in testing SaaS solutions
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in Tricentis Tosca test automation solution and other automation frameworks
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and switch between them as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands on experience with testing rest APIs with POSTMAN and ServiceNow is highly regarded
• Understanding of security and privacy concerns related to software
• Understanding in accessibility and performance related areas of a SaaS solution
• Experience managing and configuring data sets
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment, with a solid understanding of Agile testing practices.

What you’ll be doing

• Analyse requirements and acceptance criteria to create persona-based test cases that validate expected outcomes in an agile development environment.
• Work closely with stakeholders—including business analysts and developers—to clarify ambiguities and ensure well-defined, purpose-driven test cases.
• Coordinate with other testers to ensure end-to-end business processes and integration points are thoroughly tested.
• Perform functional and regression testing, replicating real-world customer scenarios, including data volumes, to deliver high-quality, high-performance outcomes.
• Support test planning, maintain comprehensive test plans, and develop risk-based execution strategies, including automated test development.
• Execute testing activities within set timelines and quality standards, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Log, verify, and manage defects, ensuring proper resolution throughout the testing cycle.
• Follow best practices in testing frameworks, utilizing test tools to enhance automation, reporting, and data configuration management.
• Continuously seek improvements, contribute to internal forums, and drive efficiencies in systems, processes, and costs.
