Job summary

Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in Selenium WebDriver along with good programming knowledge in Java or Python.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, developing and maintaining automation scripts, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Manual and Automation Testing of web-based applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Write, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Analyze requirements and prepare appropriate test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java or Python.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in defect triage and provide timely updates on testing progress.
• Ensure adequate test coverage and contribute to improving overall QA processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve test automation and testing efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain QA documentation, test reports, and execution results.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in Manual Testing.

• Strong programming knowledge in Java OR Python Mandatory.
• Good understanding of Automation Testing concepts and frameworks.

• Experience in API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SQL / Database Testing.
• Experience with TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, or similar testing frameworks.

• Exposure to Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, or other DevOps tools.
• Experience working with Page Object Model (POM) or other automation design patterns.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
