Job summary

Adhaan Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to join our warehouse operations in Mumbai/Delhi. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to food safety standards, maintain hygiene, and support operational excellence with strong QA discipline.

You will handle audits, ensure cold chain integrity, and train staff on GMP and safety protocols while rotating shifts as required, contributing to consistent product quality across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• 0.6–2 years QA/QC experience in food industry, cold chain or distribution
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology or related field
• Willingness to work rotational/night shifts as per business needs

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO / FSSC 22000 standards
• Monitor warehouse hygiene, sanitation, and pest control activities
• Maintain temperature logs and ensure cold chain integrity at all times
• Conduct internal quality audits and inspections
• Train warehouse staff on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety protocols
• Supervise hygiene and cleaning activities, including during night shifts when required
• Provide training and guidance to night shift pickers
• Identify non-conformities and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to QA processes
