Job summary

Thomsun InfoCare LLP in India seeks an experienced QA engineer to lead manual testing efforts and guide quality assurance practices. The role emphasizes thorough manual testing, defect reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in QA with strong manual testing, plus exposure to automation (Selenium) and knowledge of Java/C#/Python, HTML/CSS/JS, REST APIs, and Agile/Scrum. Playwright experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance with a strong focus on manual testing.
• Some experience with automation testing using Selenium preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Solid programming skills in Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience in Playwright will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (RESTful APIs).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team.
