Job summary

LTI Mindtree in Bangalore is seeking a Python Test Engineer with strong Robot Framework and Data Testing expertise to validate data accuracy across ETL processes, databases, BI reports, and enterprise data platforms.

You will develop and execute Python and Robot Framework-based test automation, perform Data Testing, SQL queries for backend validation, and ensure data quality across data warehouses and reporting layers. Hybrid work arrangement. 3–8 years experience requested.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Python-based testing and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for automation tests.
• Strong SQL skills and backend data validation abilities.
• Experience in ETL/Data Warehouse testing and BI reporting validation.
• Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, and regression testing processes.
