Job summary

Iris Software invites an experienced Quality Engineer to join our automation team. Location options include Noida, Gurugram, or Pune, with a focus on building robust automation solutions for complex applications.

You will design Python-based automation frameworks for UI and API testing, drive test strategy, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines while mentoring teammates to raise testing excellence across projects.

• Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and reusable Python-based automation frameworks supporting UI, API, microservices, and integration testing.
• Define automation strategies, select appropriate tools, and establish best practices to maximize coverage, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines enabling shift-left testing and continuous delivery practices.
• Analyze system architecture and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure applications are built with testability, scalability, and performance in mind.
• Conduct code reviews of automation scripts and frameworks ensuring adherence to standards, performance optimization, and maintainability.
• Mentor and guide team members in Python automation frameworks, design patterns, and advanced testing techniques.
