• Extensive experience in full-stack software development with Python and React JS in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python backend frameworks (Flask/FastAPI/Django) and frontend React/JS/TS.
• Proven experience building and deploying on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on AI/ML production experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch/scikit-learn and MLOps awareness.
• Solid microservices, REST/GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL knowledge, and cloud-native practices.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git workflows, and testing frameworks.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Python for backend services and React JS for frontend development, following engineering best practices and coding standards.
• Build and deploy AI/ML-enabled solutions on GCP to strengthen enterprise metadata management, data controls, data quality checks, and risk detection capabilities.
• Develop scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven services using Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django, integrated with cloud-native GCP services.
• Create responsive, performant, and user-friendly frontend applications using React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI development practices.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and cross-functional Agile teams to deliver end-to-end solutions supporting regulatory and control objectives.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing as a strong individual contributor within the team.
• Ensure high engineering quality through code reviews, unit/integration testing, documentation, and adherence to clean code and secure development practices.
• Contribute to solutions that support regulatory and risk management requirements including BCBS 239, Internal Risk Rating (IRR), and broader enterprise data governance objectives.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Extensive experience in full-stack software development, with strong hands-on expertise in Python and React JS in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python backend frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django, and frontend development using React JS, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.
• Proven experience building and deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions in production using tools/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, with awareness of MLOps practices.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven systems, and working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid grounding in software design principles, design patterns, clean code, and cloud-native engineering practices.
• Experience with DevOps and engineering tooling including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and testing frameworks such as Pytest and Jest.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience working effectively in Agile/Scrum/Kanban teams
