Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks a Python Full Stack Developer to design, build, and operate scalable web apps end-to-end. You will work across backend services, frontend applications, cloud infrastructure, and integrations, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

You’ll design and implement backend services with Python (FastAPI/Django), frontend with React/TypeScript, and integrate RESTful APIs, AWS, and OpenAI features.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in full stack development.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience building scalable web apps end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services with Python (FastAPI/Django).
• Build responsive frontend apps using React and TypeScript.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and asynchronous workflows.
• Work with AWS services including Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM.
• Implement messaging with RabbitMQ and optimize DB schemas (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Integrate OpenAI APIs / LangChain for AI features and write tests (Pytest/Jest/Playwright).
• Containerize with Docker and manage CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams; participate in code reviews.

• Implement messaging and asynchronous processing using RabbitMQ
• Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries using MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Integrate and experiment with OpenAI APIs / LangChain for AI-powered features
• Write automated tests using Pytest, Jest, and Playwright to ensure reliability
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into working solutions
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support production systems and contribute to operational excellence
