Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Technical Lead/Technical Architect in Hyderabad, India. The role focuses on Python full-stack leadership with Django, DRF, and data-heavy backends, plus front-end React/Angular work.

You will drive architecture decisions and ensure robust API design for integrations. Expect collaboration with product owners, architecture teams, and clients, while leveraging GenAI (GHCP) to accelerate development, documentation, and payroll-like logic.

Qualifications

• Proficient in writing complex joins, stored procedures, and optimizing queries for large datasets.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and encryption standards.
• Act as technical bridge between client-side Product Owners and Architects.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs (DRF) for HRIS, benefits providers, and banking gateways.
• GenAI proficiency with GHCP to improve velocity, consistency, and doc generation.

We at Coforge are seeking Python Full stackTechnical Lead / Technical Architect with the following skill set:

• Core Stack: Python, Django, SQL(PostgreSQL or MySQL), React.js, Angular, Unit testing, GenAI tools (GHCP)
• Backend: Python 3.x with a mastery of Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Database & SQL: Advanced PostgreSQL or MySQL skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be proficient in writing complex joins, stored procedures, and optimizing queries for large-scale reporting (e.g., generating year-end tax statements)
• Solid understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and encryption standards
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between client-side Product Owners and Architects.
• API & Integration: Design and maintain RESTful APIs (DRF) for seamless integration with third-party HRIS, benefits providers, and banking gateways
